Occupational therapists look at the whole person, environment, and activities. They support their clients to improve their health and well-being with increasing independence. Interventions are focused on fulfillment throughout the therapeutic process.
What does this look like?
Based on what is specifically interesting and meaningful to each client, sessions focus on doing those tasks together and implementing strategies to support independence with them over time.
